Another day

Well, it was my EDO (earned day off). Of course things are so crazy busy right now I had to go in for a 2 hour meeting. On top of it I got my daughter today!! That is a good, actually GREAT thing! I usually don't get her until 3:30pm when I pick her up from school, in a city about 45 minutes away, but she didnt have school today and her mother brought her here today! saved me a trip.

Anyways, I went to my meeting, got it over with, and spent the rest of the day with my girl. We went and did a little window shopping, I am trying to find a deep freeze, a small one for my apartment. We went and picked up a new heatsink and fan for my computer CPU. I guess I'll have to install that soon.

I try to make the time my daughter and I are together as normal as possible. I try not to make every time she is with me a big event. Sometimes we just hangout in the apartment most the weekend, sometimes we go see a movie, go to the museum, a walk around the park/lake or whatever, it is just nice to spend time with her.

Of course this is my youngest daughter. My eldest, I don't really get to see anymore. The legal system is really screwed up. After not missing a child support payment in 13 years, her mother decides she should come back and take more money, now I can;t afford to see my oldest daughter. Now I guess I am supporting my ex and her new husband.

Oh well, I hope the weather changes soon, it has been a terribly cold and icky winter! Can;t wait for the warm weather!

It is time for sleep, my girl is snoring away already so ... I guess I should crash to.

In the Beginning

Well, this is it, the beginning. This is my first entry in my blog. I am not to sure how it will go, but I am quite excited to embark on this venture.

I have never been one to express my thoughts, sometimes my emotions, but very rarely my thoughts. But I guess when I express my emotions, I am expressing my thoughts.

How I think and the foundation of who I am will show when those emotions are expressed.

Well, perhaps I will explore that more in the future, it is pretty interesting when you start to think about stuff like that, when you start looking at and within yourself. Learning who you are and what you are made of can be both exhilarating and terrifying at the same time! Hopefully there will be more exhilaration than terror!
